The terms and conditions to the T DIRECT website and trading with T DIRECT. By placing an order with T DIRECT, the buyer is agreeing to accept these terms and conditions (The Conditions). All care has been taken in the preparation of these terms and conditions however the buyers responsibility is to check these terms and conditions periodically.

General Information
The buyer undertakes that all goods ordered are for the buyer.

The buyer warrants that all details provided to T DIRECT for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

Indemnity
The buyer agrees fully to indemnify, defend and hold T DIRECT, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by the buyer.

Ordering
When placing an order, the buyer warrants that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. If T DIRECT has insufficient stock to deliver the goods the buyer have ordered, T DIRECT will not charge the buyer's credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be dispatched.

All prices listed are correct at the time of entering the information, however, T DIRECT reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include goods and services (sales) tax.

All installments by account will require 50% paid of purchase before delivery

Imports will take 7-10 business days for delivery

For purchases within NZ, price includes goods and services tax (gst) of 12.5%, and a $25 admin fee will be added to you account if paying by installments

For purchases heading anywhere else in the world, gst is not charged but instead contributes to cost of shipping so we can keep rates simple and minimal for customers who live elsewhere in the world. note any local taxes that apply in your country are entirely your responsibility.

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between the buyer and T DIRECT until T DIRECT accept the buyer's order by dispatching the product to the buyer. When this happens T DIRECT will confirm the acceptance by sending the buyer an email.
DeliveryAll purchases will be delivered by a member of T DIRECT on a Saturday before 1pm, or if wanting urgent delivery by NZ Post at an additional cost

Note: 
Commercial customers subject to different rates due to quantity and price and these will be calculated at time of order via Commercial section of this site.

Goods will be sent to the address given by the buyer.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Payment
T direct accepts cheques payments and also charge accounts to be paid by direct debitCharge Accounts will be charged by direct debit at the weekly amount of $20+ per Cheque payments are to be made out to T DIRECT and clearance days will take affect before delivery is scheduled.
RefundsNo refunds will be given if delivery of goods has been signed for by a member of yourself or a member household, all refunds before delivery will be refunded with written notice with 7 working days sent to 71 Tauhuri Street, Manaia, Taranaki.PrivacyT DIRECT will not pass on the buyer's personal, credit or debit card details to any third party.

Liability
T DIRECT do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
